A Legacy Built in Appalachia
In 2000, a dream took root on 45 acres of timberland in Gatlinburg. That land became Black Bear Falls — and the beginning of something much bigger.
Smoky Top Construction was born out of a vision for quality log homes crafted with care. By 2006, that vision had expanded into 26 businesses — all united under the name Smoky Top Project Group. Though the recession slowed things down, we’ve reignited our passion in recent years, expanding into consulting and mediation services for the building industry.
We specialize in mountain construction, and we’re proud to build right here in the communities we call home.
